I am extremely lucky to have great family and awesome friends. I have been married to Rick Welch since 1997 and we don't have any kids (by choice), but we do have two cats and a dog that are like children to us. I am one of the few people who can say "I love my job" and actually mean it. I have been working for VF Outdoor, Inc. for over 8 years and hope to work here many more years. We are a coalition that is made up of The North Face, JanSport, Vans, Reef, Eastpak, and Napapijri. So if you're familiar with any of these brands, you can see why I love working here.
