Deanna's Story
Life
After graduating, I moved to Austin because that's where my family had moved prior to my graduation. I attended Southwest Texas State and graduated from there in 1975 with a degree in elementary ed. I taught for one year in Columbus, TX, and that following summer, 1976, I married my college sweetheart, John Ellisor. We moved to Alvin, and then to Friends...Expand for more
wood, where we have lived since 1977. I have taught school for over 20 years and have loved almost every minute of it. We have two daughters, Mary, who will be in College Station after having attended Baylor for 3 years, and Amy, who is a sophomore at Friendswood High. We are active in our church, First Baptist Church, Friendswood, and in community activities.
