3 days after graduation i moved to Tempe,Arizona. It was like moving to HELL! Desert,sand, hot hot hot and ugly.I never did adapt to desert life even after living there for 23 years.But good things came into my life.I got a few years of college in,and in 1974 found my soul mate and best friend.We have been married for almost 36 years! That is something to be proud of in its self. We have 6 son's and 2 daughters.Our youngest daughter died 7 years ago at age 9. we now have 5 daughter-in-laws and 8 grandchildren.14 years ago we moved from hell to heaven! My husband has been with the fire service for 35 years.He is the fire chief in the town he grew up in in eastern 0regon. I have had many trials & tribulations in my life but I have learned how to make the best lemonade! Wow! Time for a update. After 38 years of marriage my x cheated with a friend. . It was one of the hardest things I ever had to go through. I married at age 20 so thats pretty much all I knew. For 3 years I struggled, did a lot of dating trying to mask my pain with dating. Didn't help much at all. Financial I was just fine as Bruce had to give me half of his income. I did a lot of reading, soul searching and counseling. In 2015 I met Jay Proehl.
