Deanne's Story
Life
I moved to Reno in 1984 and have lived here since.
Immediately, I was employed by the Peppermill Hotel/Casino and worked my way up to Captain by the time I was 19.
I married a man named John McClain in 1990 and have a beautiful daughter who is now 11. We divorced a couple of years later.
I worked for the family business, Dwyer Lighting, until my parents closed for retirement. This is when I decided to open my own store. My store is called "D" Lamp Doctor. I have been open for 2 years and...Expand for more

My daughter, Raeanne, is the joy of my life. She was born with difficulties, which we are taking care of, and we are happy to say she is healthy. I am still single and I don't want to be--I don't meet many people my age because the store caters to people 50 years old and above and I work 6 days a week.
My daughter and I travel/camp as often as we can. We love the beach, the Sierra Nevadas and go back to Montana whenever possible.
