Debbi's Story
After graduating Birmingham I went to SDSU but discovered skiing during Xmas break when I went to visit a friend in Park City. So I quit school and skied for the season. Moved back to CA and lived in Topanga down by the beach until that house burned down on Jan 2 1974-long story;not my fault. So then I lived in Santa Monica for a while and then moved to Aspen for a few years. Went to Dental Hygiene school in a small town in Colo in 1977. Moved back to Aspen for a few years;then back again to CA-Crestline. Eventually moved to Hermosa Beach 1981. Lived in Hermosa/Manhattan/Redondo Beaches till I bought my 1st condo in South Redondo Beach in 1988.
Met my husband, Todd Stoddard, in 1991 in Mammoth Lakes. We've been married 16 years-no kids. We bought a house in Hermosa Beach in 1992 and a 2nd home in Mammoth Lakes a few years ago

Dental Hygienist for 29 years I have only substituted here and there for the last 10 years. Todd is a mortgage broker,banker and he got me into real estate 10 years ago. While many are struggling in this downturn market, we are actually still doing well. I work on a referral basis, due to the "trust" factor. I unsold many homes to my clients during the "boom" as the homes had issues that I pointed out would come back to bite them later. None of my clients, nor my husband's are in foreclosure or even close to it. We both applied solid lending practices to our clients and did not put them in a home that was financially over their ability to own I represent Sellers and Buyers on the Westside, Valley, South Bay and Mammoth Lakes.
