Life
Somehow I ended up in Northern Illinois --- never did learn how to correctly read a compass! But, along the way I married and had three kids. A daughter (in 1979), a son (in 1981), and another son (in 1984 - shades of George Orwell), the eldest a Finance er, Foreign Studies, uh, oh yeah, Political Science major at U of I in Champaign, the middle a "gear head" and the youngest a senior and tremendous "computer geek." est I am now TOTALLY on my own, am a recent (12/2000) college grad -- and darned proud of it! I do hope life has been kind to you too!
Update
Some years have passed since my original submission. I am now living outside Houston, TX. The kids are all grown and gone; scattered to the four winds - and doing quite well for themselves. Otherwise, things are pretty much status quo!
