Life
My Spouse
We met at Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale, Virginia where we were both taking engineering and architectural classes. I was going to transfer to Penn State to study astrophysics, but Bob was going to Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia to study mechanical engineering and he convinced me engineering was a better career choice!
My Pets
We have 2 cats -- Elf and Gin. Gin is really Bobby's cat, but his current apartment doesn't allow pets...Expand for more
, so she lives with us now, and he might have a hard time getting her back!
My Kids
I have two boys, Bobby and Ricky. Bobby was born in 1984 and Ricky was born in 1987. They are great kids, both off at Auburn University now, so I am the lonely one!
My Job
I work on computer software that is used by civil engineers to design roads, bridges, sewer systems, etc. I am one of the unique few in my group who has a civil engineering degree as well as programming experience.
