Life
Hi Friends....I can't believe it's been 28 years since we graduated! Boy, lots has happened.....mostly good. I got married right out of high school (just after my 2nd year of college) and have been married for 26 years. WE have a 21 year old son who graduated from MSU...he's super smart, gorgeous, and an awesome guy!!! He graduated in 4 years w/a dual degree..."history" & "genomics & molecular genetics" (microbiology)...he is going on to do a PhD in Human Genetics...he has accepted a full ride scholarship plus a yearly stipend to attend Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas. I am an Associate Broker/REALTOR at Real Estate One in Shelby Township...just moved over to the East Side...I caused too much trouble for those across Dequindrites - I work alot - tho my work is fun, so is it really work? Oh, yeah, they pay me, so I guess it is! We built a beautiful home in northern Shelby Township and have lived there since 1998. My husband is a senior engineer at Chrysler, LLC and is a subperb cook and a fantastic golfer (me, I have great clubs, cute clothes and awesome SHOES!!). We travel, golf and just have fun! I am still best friends with Cassy Harlo (Chris Abad) - she lives in California, but we still manage to talk every day! (PS...she has a 2 year old and a 1 year old...Stevie & Jason). Melody Miller (Naschak) lives nearby and we talk alot...but don't see each other nearly enough! I enjoyed seeing so many familiar faces at the 20 year reunion - it was a BLAST! School
High School......wow - seems like a life-time ago - have so many great memories....Going to Stoney Creek with Mark and Billy (Paddle Talk), following Cassy's band (we were "roadies") -that was awesome! Partying with Leonard Royal and Bill R. at Grant Park (Mel - remember when you fell off the bench from too much SG?). Hanging out with Mark and Jim from IKE. Cruising Gratiot with Jan and Mel in my camero (remember playing frisbie at that school WAY down there?) - what fun! Crashing the dune buggy with Theresa Loconsole (Solt). But, we all kind of grew up....so glad most of you are still in my life!!! xoxo
College
Well, I went away to MSU..reluctantly -and got engaged in my freshman year. I left MSU and came home to OU, where I got married after my sophomore year. I continued to take classes over the years and am 7 classes short of a Bachelor's degree. With my current profession - it's not a necessity - but, I may go back just to say I finished. I'm really glad my son finished in record time!!! :)
Workplace
You guys.....I have the GREATEST job - and I am usually hiring! I've been selling Real Estate in the Oakland/Macomb County areas for over 17 years now. So, if you need a Realtor or just have questions in general - I'm your girl! How can this be work when you are having so much fun and making lotsa $$$!!!
