Debbie's Story
After graduation from high school, I married, started a family, and worked full time at the old King's Daughter's Hospital. Then, after a couple of "stints" at local auto dealerships, I obtained a secretarial (office manager) position at the City of Staunton (government), where I worked for over 25 years. ars of marriage. I retired in January 2006 and moved to TN, where I presently live with my "steady" Donnie and our two dogs; a beagle by the name of Annie Mae and a coon hound by the name of Gertie. Life has been mostly good. I'm enjoying retirement (sewing, quilting, gardening, canning). And, hopefully, this spring, I will begin working part time at the local KOA Kampground. I'm really looking forward to that!
