Debbie's Story
I graduated from Rutgers University in 1980. Began working as a technical writer right after graduation. I met my husband, Glenn, in college and we got married while he was in his second year of law school. We went on to have three boys: Chris (22), Greg (18) and Matt (16).Chris graduated from Rutgers, Greg is a freshman in college and Matt is a Junior in High School. I stopped working to raise my boys and for the past 11 years have worked in our public school, mainly with the special education population.(Quite a change from writing Technical Manuals for users of various computer systems and software...) Last February I changed jobs to begin working at a private school for Autistic children. Exhausting mentally and physically but very rewarding!
