Debbie's Story

Life I still live in Rockford. I graduaed from NIU with a teaching degree and taught for over 10 years before having my first child. I am married and have 2 children both boys. Retired from teaching after having my first son. Since then I have worked with my husband, and yes we can work together and still stay married. At the age of 40 I took up running and enjoyed it. ...Expand for more
I do not run on a regular basis, but know I should. Most of free time is spent with the boys, at either baseball or hockey games. My favorite place to vacation with the family is in upper Wisconsin, where I enjoy fishing and sitting by the lake with my boys. I had kids later in life than most, but I have been able to spend lots of time with them. It's what I enjoy doing.
