Debi's Story
Life
I have worked as a Dental Hygienist in private practice for about 33 years; after a short "leave of absence"/retirement, I began working in Public Health - working with children and pregnant women. I work part time on a mobile dental coach (43 ft long) with 3 dental chairs and we go to various areas of need. I also do some "sub" work in a private practice here in Plant City, when needed.
I married Jack Peacock in 1982, a hometown boy. He is a Pharmacist at our local Sweetbay. He attended our local schools until his 9th grade when he transferred to Santa Fe High School in Lakeland. We don't have any children of our own, but we have 9 nieces/nephews,...Expand for more
4 great nieces , 2 great nephews...and other special friends children that we claim as our own...so we're very lucky!
We no longer have our Harley Davidson motorcycles - sold them about 4 yrs ago, but we had some wonderful times and met many great people during that time! The many trips we took were memories we will have forever...
Jack really enjoys cooking (so I'm very lucky!) and he really loves to BBQ. He even became a certified Kansas City BBQ Judge and has judged a few contest now. He watches all the Pit Master shows and I think his dream is to be a participant in one of those cook- off shows! Maybe when we retire, we can get on the BBQ circuit....
