Married, we had five kids of our own did foster care 17 yrs. and adopted two little boys. 1998 I was diagonsed a diabetic, weighting over 250lbs. and 80 units of insulin aday. long story short I started studing nutrition, changed my diet lost 85lbs. and have backed out of being a diabetic. ...Expand for more
