Debi's Story
1990 was a long time ago, but I'll do my best to recap...
After graduation, I went to Elizabethtown College, where I met my husband, Bill. I got a BS in Communications with minors in Business Administration and Psychology.
I moved to Exton, PA after graduation for my first job as a graphic designer. I moved back to Maryland (in Sussex Square right across from Old Mill!) and worked for an ad agency and then a publishing company in Baltimore.
In 1996, I moved to West Chester, PA and got married. I started my own graphic design business, Designing Wright, 2 ...Expand for more
weeks after our honeymoon.
I had my daughter, Alex, in 2001 and had converted our basement to an office with 2 full-time employees.
In 2003, Bill and I decided to expand my design business and started a digital printing company, called Blue Dog Printing & Design. We named the business after our dog who was dyed blue when we adopted her from the pound.
We have been very fortunate to have great people working for us over the past 5 years. We are growing out of our current office space and will be expanding in 2009 (depending on our ever-failing economy!).
