Yea, John & I enjoy cooking together. We often have company, friends over to dinner. We've learned some vegetarian cooking, as our good friend Linda eats vegetarian. We've made tons of ravioli, with swiss chard, various cheeses & herbs from our backyard grown herbs & store bought too. BBQ baby back ribs take John about 4 hours on our Komedo,(looks like a big green egg). Winter is a great time to make beef stews, vindalo, casserole you might find in a great restaurant. I prefer to do basic, home comfort cooking. Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, good vegetables. Chicken & dumplings learned from John Mom, Lorna. she passed nearly 17 yrs ago, & she is still missed. Our 2nd son, Daniel, his wife Brook, her brother Joshua, along with his fiancee, Miriam, had a small restaurant, The Humble Pie, in Penngrove. Unfortunately, they lost the restaurant in Oct. 2010, bought out from under them. The brother Josh & Miriam worked at Blue Label for awhile. .
