Deborah's Story
Well hello there classmates im Deborah Denise English Washington.I went to Horse Mann School,Attucks ,Then our family moved from 36th Euclid to 3434 Indiana my 6th grade was at Sanford B.Ladd....from there I went to Central Jr. and Central Sr.until I had my daughter I was pretty sick and she was a preemie 3lbs. So after telling my boyfriend at that time another Central classmate Aaron R.Washington so when our daughter was 6mos.old we were married. I later receive my GED and went to Nursing School.Then we had another daughter so with 2 girls there names are Sheila Annmarie,Tamara Jean'e....And 10years later we were Blessed with our only son Aaron R.Washington Jr. I have always loved to work and that I did. me for my son to start school I wanted to be at home as much as I could and with the girls becoming teens I had to let the Nursing go. And I became a Bus Driver for the Grandview School Dist. and found my 2nd love children.I was the first Black to drive there in 1986-87 school.I did that for 17 yrs. Then my husband became ill an needed me so I retired and took care of him until his passing April 30,2013 But those 43 yrs.we were together we did a lot of traveling. So now that chapter of my life is gone and I guess and maybe a new chapter will start one day but until then God Bless each one of you guys..!!!! See you at our next Class Reunion..!!!
