Deborah's Story

Life Those of you who knew me in High School (know): I have overcome numerous hurdles from High School through 1999 and prevailed! When I was young and stupid, I married for all the wrong reasons and it quickly ended in divorce. I was single for some time thereafter and thoroughly enjoyed the independence. I met someone through a coworker, at a Halloween party that I wasn't planning on going to. Sparks flew and our relationship became a fairytale story. We have the same interests, are secure with each other, have the same views and even finish each others thoughts. We dated for a while, were engaged for a year then married in 2004. We're approaching our 2 year anniversary in May. We have very actively, busy lives and don't really see kids in the future but who really knows. We love to travel and try to travel every year. We're in the mist of remodeling our 3/2 house that we've had now, for 4 years. All of our friends are having kids or have just had a child. We love it because we get our “Kid” fix with them. We enjoy playing with kids but “LOVE” it more when we can give them back! My husband and I both, have great jobs and are doing very well. We enjoy Jacksonville. The city is rapidly growing. It's nice because you have the city and country life with the beach around the corner. The only two objections we have are, Hurricane season and traffic! We're excited at what life has in store for us! School My closest friends were: Pam Chvarak, Kerwin Perry, Herbert Thompson, Frank Kenney and Bruce Zellers. I had the biggest crush on Frank Kenney. Even hinted around for him to take me to Homecoming JR. year but he didn't get the hint or really didn't want to take me. I r...Expand for more
emember one time, Bruce Zellers tried to corner me in a stairwell (after school on campus) to try and kiss me!;o) Herbert always was my sweetheart. Very much a protector. Thanks Herbert! Frank was the cutie and was a Hotty in College. Kerwin was a great friend, he and I had many things in common. His girlfriends & I always got along. Kerwin had great taste in woman. Pam and I had many great memories at school! Love your mom, Pam! College I took some classes but never finished Workplace I moved to Jacksonville, Florida from Warner Robins, Georgia in 1998 and have worked the same J.O.B. since. They're like family...I can come and go as I please, I get plenty of Vacation time. Whatever I need or want, it's at my disposal. Some would say, it's a dream job. I have done and do all there is for me to do (at my current employment). I'm a very hard and efficient worker...After 8 years at the same job, I'm consumed of boredom and it isn't fulfilling to me anymore. I'm currently taking steps to get my Real Estate License. I think it'll be a nice change and have plans to pad the savings even more than it is at this present date. My dream is to retire early and live the good life, as most people in their 50-65+ do! This is a turning point in my life. Military My father was in the Air Force. I have never been but was married to someone who was in the Navy. That has taught me fine lessons! My Senior year of High School was a difficult one. I thought I rose from it, more mature and wise for my age. I didn't realize, I was still naive and very much impressionable. That relationship opened my eyes. Valuable lessons have been learned and it has also enriched my life.
