I was born in Owenton, Ky. on a farm to Ray and Stella Kemper Dempsey (both deceased). I have four sisters and two brothers (one deceased). My parents moved me and my sister, Pam, to Frankfort when I was a Sophomore. After granduation from Franklin Co. High School, I worked for State Police, Secretary of States Office, Child Support Enforcement, and Ky. Court of Appeals. In Dec., Mike and I will be married for 39 years. We have two children, Stacie and Chris. Stacie has been married to Shannon Otto for 15 years and they have our youngest granddaughter, Elizabeth Grace. Chris has two children, Tyler Pryce and Samantha Maria. Tyler likes to play sports, especially baseball and basketball and play X-box with his Dad. Samantha and Elizabeth like to ride in Sammy's jeep and watch Dora and play with their American Doll Bitty Babies. We spend as much time with each other as our busy schedules let us.".
