Deborah's Story
I moved to Austin, Texas in 1973 and have never left. It's a great city. I never get bored here.
I have 2 sweet kids, both married. My daughter, Hillary, and her husband, Patrick, have a young son who was born in 2009 and a daughter born in 2012. My son, Ben, and his wife, Jessica, have a son who was born in 2012. 2012 was a very busy year. Not only did I gain 2 grandchildren in 2012, but I also got married. My husband Doug has a son, Forrest, who will graduate from Texas State University Spring 2013. We are both so proud of all of them....Expand for more
I moved my parents Lou and Wendell to Austin in Jan. 2011 from Hot Springs, Arkansas. Our Austin clan keeps growing.

I've been working over 15 years in the Corporate Finance Dept in Austin for SACHEM, Inc, a chemical company. I've truly enjoyed working for SACHEM. Since 2006 I've had the privilege to travel many times to our oveseas locations. We have plants in China, The Netherlands, and Japan. Our 2 domestic plants are both in Texas.
Life is good. I am so blessed with a wonderful husband, family, friends, work and church community.
