Deborah's Story

Got a bachelor's in Geology from the College of Wooster. My husband and I went to Yale for grad school, where I received a Ph.D. (Geology/ Evolutionary Biology/Vertebrate Paleontology). I've taught biology at Oklahoma State University, raised 2 children (now in their 20s). They're great and have moved on from their Oklahoma roots. Then went back to study theology, ...Expand for more
earned an M. Div. from Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa, and am ordained now and working as a Presbyterian minister. It's been a great life, we love the wide open western spaces. Love to travel and since my spouse gets invited to give scientific talks, we do. Best trip so far though was our anniversary trip to Hawaii in 2008, right before the economy crashed.
