Deborah's Story
I never wanted children, not the 2 legged ones anyway. I have been rescueing dogs for 13 years and currently we are a recognized Oklaoma Rescue Shelter .We have adoption events at the Shawnee Atwoods store and once a month At the Shawnee Mall. once in a while at the farmers market. a heck of a good time.Lived at 11,300 feet in the mountains of Colorado,Had to cross country ski in and up 5 miles with about 40 pounds on my back to get home. I lived there alone, one time I did not see or speak to another person for 19 days.The November after graduation ,I was living in Southern California,I have lived in Northern California ,South Lake Tahoe..I have been blessed to have had the opportunity to live in several resort areas in our country. But now as I get older I am happy to be home.
