Deborah's Story
Life
Well, where do I start? I have six kids (biologically) ranging in age from 24 down to 5. I graduated in 1978, worked for a year, registered for college and went to Pt. Loma Nazarene College for a year (79-80), then back to Texas long enough to move to Florida with my family. I hated it, and after a year it was back to Texas for me! Had my first child in 84. Married in 1987, moved back to California in 1990, had my second child in 91, third in 92, and forth in 95. I helped run a family business with my parents and my brother for almost 9 years. We sold it in 2000. I was divorced and remarried, becoming a stepmom to 6 more. In 2001 and 2002 I had two more children, bringing our joint total to 12. o be closer to my parents. My mom was diagnosed with cancer, so I wanted to be close enough to help and to spend time with them both. My mom passed into God's glory in late 2005, and I am still currently residing in Arizona. After wanting to go back to school for a very long time, I finally was able to do so in 2006, and went back with a great deal of excitement as well as apprehension, and I am loving it!!! My oldest daughter is also going to college and we are taking some of our classes together. That is also lots of fun. She had her first child on St. Patrick's Day, 2007 and we are loving it!!! I now have 4 grandchildren. If you have read this far, make sure you at least say hello! I'm wondering what everyone has been up to.
