Debra's Story
After graduating from Porterville High, I completed the psychiatric technician nursing program at Porterville Jr. college. Shortly thereafter, I moved to the Los Angeles area, where I worked at Lanterman State Hospital in a teaching capacity, while at the same time teaching part time at Mt. San Antonio jr. College. My career was centered on behavior mofification techniques, as a behavioral specialist.
I moved to Bakersfield in 1992.
I am proud to report that I have 2 beautiful daughte...Expand for more
rs, for which I could not be prouder. In addition, I have been richly blessed with 4 grandsons----no granddaughters. Rats! I enjoy a close relationship with all of them and feel so lucky to have them too, reside in Bakersfield.
Although my life has been full of all kinds of adventures, deep inside, I'm still just a small town girl from Porterville.
I have lost touch with everyone from my ol' hometown, but welcome a visit from all of you! Until then.....many blessings to all of you!
