Life
My Spouse
We met at a friend's birthday party and we were just drawn to each other. I guess you could say it was love at first sight. We met in April, got engaged graduation night in June and were married in August and its lasted over 42 years, then I lost him in Oct of 2008
My Pet
Is a little white Shih Tzu, a gift from my oldest granddaughter, after my husband past away. She thought I needed company. His name is Wickett, because he looks like an Ewok from Star Wars.
My Kids
Oldest son is into all types of sports is married with two children.
oldest daughter is an accountant,married, has a daughter (who has three little boys) and is expecting another baby in Nov. 2013.

My Job
I am now retired, I use to work in long term care. I was the A/R financial associate,and Medicaid Specialist and had been in this field for 25 years. The job was both stressful and rewarding. I loved the interaction with the patients, but I hated it when one passes away. I was also the Office manager, Personnel, Payroll and secretary for the facility I work at.
I left my job to care for my terminally ill husband, after he passed away, I cared for his elderly and ill sister in my home until she passed. Now I busy myself taking care of my grand kids (7 soon to be 8) and my great grand kids (5). When I do not have a house full of little ones, I spend my time doing research on my ancestors or spending time with old friends.
