Life
After cruising through life for the first fifty, I decided to get my motorcycle license and step out from the conservative, quiet life. I now ride a 750 Honda Shadow Aero as my principle mode of transporation, and this summer my boyfriend and I rode out west to see how far we could get in 2 weeks. We made it to South Dakota to ride the Black Hills, see Mt. country through the Rockies. Then headed back on a southerly route, went through Kentucky and toured 250 feet below the surface in Mammoth Cave. We managed to hit 15 states in 16 days totalling 4,750 miles. What a ride! Not bad for only having my license for 1 year. Just goes to show you that it's never to late. Turning 50 was very liberating, allowing me to do all the things I either never had time for or was too afraid to try! Can't wait to see what the next 50 brings..........
