I quit school and got married/divorced(Rich Fairbanks)had a beautiful daughter in 1973(Kathie).You would have thought I learned from the first mistake,of course not.Got married second time(Steve Makie)had another beautiful daughter in 1982(Michelle).In 1992 Kathie had a son(Michael),when Michael was 3 months old his dad died, and we were asked to raise Michael.He just recently moved in with his mom and step-dad after living with us for 15 years.I also have two other sweet grandchildren(Chase,and Micayla, who I watch 3 days a week.Michelle has pets,so I have grand-dogs and grand-cats(Lol).I worked at a reptile store,and as a veterinary tech.so needless to sayI have raised my share of animals,from rats to goats,chickens,ducks,geese and everything else.I also used to do wildlife rehab/rescue,I still do a little when needed.Spring time is very busy,taking in orphaned animals.I also have 5 dogs of my own(3 Rottweilers,a Mini Doxie and a Doxie/mix,and a cat)I live on almost 3 acres in Livonia,have lived here 21 years.
