Life Two children, Desiree soon to be 17 and Zachariah 9. Been living in this god forsaken hole called Ontario, OR (60 mls west of Boise, ID) nearly 8 yrs. Divorced 4 yrs ago. Worked as a preschool teacher for Head Start 3 yrs., now going to school full time for same. Currently work for one Oregon's largest correctional facility (Snake River Correctional Inst) Have made several trips to Seattle in the last year because of my Grandmother. Looking to relocated back to Seattle after graduation from TVCC with my Assoc of Science next year. Wanting to reconnect with old friends so my transition won't seem as I'm moving to a foreign place. Still active in Bodybuilding. Doing a show in Bellevue OCT 1 (The Ironman). UPDATE A/O 9/3/09 Well never relocated to Seattle...came close tho..had a job lined up right after graduation for Bright Horizons in Bellevue...but was handed a lemon in life called child custody...give up my son on the contingency if i move out of state and the fact that my long distant relationship with a person there in Seattle decided to relocate himself to NY...(he did come back for a weak attempt to re-establish himself long enough to accompany me to Foster's class of '75 31st reunion Oct 2006, but was on a Greyhound back shortly after). I decided to stay where i was..as it turned out my grandmother passed away in Dec 2006 within a week after I lost my position with my old employer Head Start..I took another teaching position in Boise, Idaho..i commuted 120 miles a day for 8 months waiting for my son to conclude his school year so i could transition him and myself to Boise...when that time came, he didn't want to move so i relinquished custody to his dad....hindsite...if i knew it was going to work out that way, I would've stuck with my original plan... I did manage to get out of that hell hole Ontario, Oregon....My daughter was about to have a baby and she was living in Boise. She needed a place for her and my new grandson born almost 2 years ago (9/16)...we got a place together til she could get on her feet. I am no longer involved with early childhood...taking a break..Desiree made me a grandmother, again, a little girl this time...my roadtrips to Seattle came to a standstill since 2006...i did go there in Oct 2007 to scatter her ashes on the Puget Sound..my mother passed away 4 mo's after my grandmother and more recently to catch the final weekend of Seafaire this year... My on again off again relationship did return from NY in 2007 and we had tried a couple of rounds since then but too muc...Expand for more
