Debra's Story

Howdy! After graduating from Centennial, I attended UMAB School of Nursing, received my BSN, got married to my best friend, Allan then attended Johns Hopkins for my "MBA". While we raised our 2 boys, I focused on pediatric nursing, spine trauma (I saw a few of you in Shock Trauma!) and oncology before leaving bedside nursing...Expand for more
and going to work for an insurance company. We moved back "home" to Texas in the Hill Country, not far from where I was born and I "semi retired" - gave up my VP role - and now I work as a consultant on medical policy. If you're ever in Austin for Austin City Limits, South by Southwest, Formula 1 racing, etc.... let me know!
