Time flies, whether you're having fun or not! We are blessed and life is good.
How great to hear from so many friends from my past. It is truly a blessing to have experienced friendships with so many wonderful people. Thank you for taking time to contact me.
Life is going well. Radford and I will celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary this summer. It is the 40th anniversary of my graduation from Ludwigsburg High School, and fortunately for me my friends from Alabama don't seem to mind me slipping in to enjoy their 40th celebrations in Enterprise, Alabama, as well.
Radford and I are grandparents and enjoying the experience so much! Our two children and their spouses add so much to our lives every day. They are so varied thier employement...one 5th grade teacher, one high school biology teacher, one Apple Genius, and one logistics specialist with GE. What a joy it is to see them find their paths in life.

an from Alta Vista, Virginia. I am lobbying for them all to move to South Carolina, but this is probably not the best time to be selling a house, no matter what market you're in.
I have changed jobs and after ten years have gone from being a Family Caregiver Advocate to the role of Friendly Volunteer Visitor Manager/Ombudsman, something akin to herding cats. Seriously a new program is rolling out which encourages volunteers to visit people . The concept is promising and ultimately we hope to bring it to all six of the Upstate counties with which I work. With our population aging as it is, we have to take some new approaches to how we do things.
Rad is still working for Johnson & Johnson. He stays on the go all day, but fortunately for me, is home most evenings, even it he is working on his computer! He and I are active in a couples class at our church and are blessed to have such rich fellowship.
What a blessing FB and other mediums are that allow us to connect with one another. May God bless you and yours wherever you find yourselves.
