Dee's Story
Life
The summer before senior year we moved to Germany so I didn't have a chance to say good bye to friends I had through out the years that attended Head of the River Elementary, NY Ave. Jr. High and Smithtown HS.
I have thought many times about all the people I went to school with wondering what happened to them. After joining Classmates.com I re-connected with Gail Sinclair. We were best friends. It was such a blast talking to her. We spent 5 hours on the phone trying...Expand for more
to catch up on 36 years and we still have a lot to talk about. Especially the art classes we took together starting with Dennis Oppenheim and Mr. Nafus.
It's hard to remember a lot of things being that I left NY back in 1970. Gail read some of the names to me from the senior year book and I was surprised that I actually recalled some of them. If I could only remember the faces... senior moments I guess.... LOL. Knowing Gail she'll scan the pics and email them to me.
