l." "Attitude reflects leadership" Remember the Titans". More about Deedee:"I was diagnosed w/ Lyme disease in Spring of 2009. Probably had it since 2007. If you're having various odd symptoms and don't think they have anything in common, please be tested for Lyme. It affects the nervous, skeletal, pulmonary and muscular systems, including the heart. Doctors rarely test for it. I was lucky and blessed to have a doctor that recognized the Bell's palsy I had in 2007 and the vertigo I had in 2009 as both being symptoms of Lyme. I never saw the tick that bit me or any "target" rash from the bite. I've also learned that it can be any tick, any size, anywhere. The worst ticks are the size of a ball point pen dot. My symptoms: neck pain, Bells palsy, vertigo, trouble swallowing from time to time, joint pain, taking deep "rescue breaths", trouble finding words or saying the wrong word. I honestly thought my mind was going. What else is there? Hmmm... I've been on a diet since I was 6yrs old. That's about it!".
