Delia's Story
I'm a single parent (have been for most of my parenting years), have two boys still at home,ages 14 and 18. I have two adult daughters and one adult son and they all live in Louisiana. My first born son died in an auto accident at the age of 19 and took a large part of my heart with him. I've worked as a teacher assistant in a special education class at a local elementary school for the past seven years and hope to retire from that position when the time is right. essed to have such beautiful children (and grandchildren-5 of them) and to have such a wonderful opportunity to serve the very special children that have been entrusted to us in the class that I serve. I love my dachshunds and enjoy all the pleasure that comes from being an owner and a friend to them. I'm a true home body and don't do much of anything but tend to family and work.
