Life
well, i guess i will start off by saying that after i left berlin, i had no life! i was the most depressed teen around. but eventually i came out of that. finished out high school here. and stayed here. never made it to college. had a rough couple of years before i decided to grow up. got pregnant with devon at 21. was a single mom for about 5 yrs. married joe at 27. pregnant with joey that same year. been married 7 yrs now. boys are 12 and 6. happy? ya. would i change anything? maybe a few things. but i'm still me no matter what...
School
well as we all know, anyone who went to BAHS is military. so what can i say about school? we learned to deal with the moving. 2yrs, new place...3yrs, new place...new places meant new friends. but, i think we all can argee that berlin had an affect on us that made each of us uni...Expand for more
que in our own way. berlin is a special place. i made good friends there, all of whom i have lost touch with. i experienced alot of my "first time" things there as well. so i guess i can say that all my memories of berlin fit here. funny, crazy, happy and sad.
Workplace
work.....HATE IT!!!! but it a must to survive. in the last 17 yrs i have lifeguarded, done retail, customer service....you name it, i've done it. i spent 10 years in the medical field doing long term care, rehab, pre/post surgeory, telemetry, medical clerical. now my husband and i are now part owner in a fireplace installation company, which will be fully ours in a few years. managing an office is way different from being on you feet 24/7. but it's nice at the same time. add that to being a full time mom to 2 boys, and you have SRTESS, MADNESS, CAOS....life.....
