Denise's Story
Greetings,
I attended schools in Granada Hills, Upland and Alhambra, California. I graduated from Alhambra High in 1974.
Moved up to the Pacific North West to the Seattle area for several years, then returned to sunny California-inland from Monterey, to the earthquake capital of the world-HOLLISTER! Did we ever shake in the Loma Prieta! Thank goodness, I had just gotten done riding my horse, when all heck broke loose!
Before leaving California, I was living in the Silicon Valley. We wanted a slower pace of living. We moved to the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota in 2002. We built a home on 50 beautiful acres surrounde...Expand for more

In the spring of 2005 we bought a nice ranch with more acreage in Oakland, Oregon. We loved returning to the west coast. Feels like being *home*. We are still raising our performance bred quarter horses (no cattle right now.) I absolutely love to garden and enjoy the animals and especially all the wildlife! I enjoy riding the horses when I can. Just never seems to be enough time to do it all.
It's really nice reconnecting with my old friends and classmates. Would love to hear from you and see what's happening!
