Denise's Story
Wow. High school--not a subject that I look back on with many fond memories, but there were a few good people who helped keep me sane. I have often said I would like to go talk to kids at high schools and tell them that these are so NOT the best years of your life. It really was just a blip on the radar of life. I've stayed in Bowie where I am married to a great guy that coincidentally lived just around the corner from where I lived all through high school. I have two amazing little girls--one is 7 the other is 2-1/2. I went to college for a short time before becoming a medical transcriptionist. even more and our circumstances allowed me to stop work just after I had my first daughter. Life is really flying by. Sadly, both my mother and father have passed away, but I have really wonderful friends that have helped me through everything. We love nature and enjoy doing anything outdoors. I feel like I am writing an online dating ad! Well, I swore I would never subject myself to the people that were less than wonderful to me during high school and if any of you are out there reading this hopefully you have grown up, but if not, my sympathies go out to you. Mostly I hope to get a chance to chat with a few of the nicer folks from school. Until then...
