Denise Jenkins:  

Denise Jenkins was a student/athlete when attending Price High School. I was an honor student & played basketball and softball. We were City Champs in both sports my senior year, 1973. I also was the Trainer for the girl's track team, and worked with the Neighborhood Youth Corps. From there I attended Atlanta School of Business and worked there for 9 months before attending Dillard University 1974-1978. I was a pioneer for the women's basketball team at Dillard and received a scholarship during my Jr. & Sr. years. I also enjoyed being a member of the Student Council at Dillard and was the Secretary of the Pan-Hellenic Council for 2 years. I also participated as a swimmer at Dillard's student swimmer competitions. After leaving Dillard in 1978 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, I started working with the Atlanta Public Schools'(APS) Personnel Department and Finance department.
