Denise's Story
Life
I should have graduated in 1980, but I married instead. Wasn't really a bad thing, because I did receive my GED in 1980 and started raising a family. I'm still the same old Denise...just a lot older and wiser!
I own my home in Griffin. I've raised two children and as of February 1 this year, I am now a Gamma to a beautiful baby boy. The lite of my life!!
In 2006 I took the Rider's Edge Course at Earl Small's HD and learned to ride a motorcycle. What an experience...don't have a bike yet, but have hope that I will have one soon.

as fun....I sure wish I'd stayed and graduated with everyone. You really don't know what you've missed until you get old and think back!
I do miss those times....no worries, no stress and no responsibilities! Only worry was maybe Jane or Judy being mad at me! We'd get into fusses, but we were the best of friends! Sure do miss them...I think about the time that one of them threw a coke on me before school one morning when I was wearing white pants! Or all the parties we would make for ourselves! It was a great carefree time!
Workplace
Well, believe it or not I'm a Corporate Secretary for a sheet metal company out of Barnesville, Georgia. I do payroll, billing and pretty much everything that it takes to run a business. I guess being in the FBLA all those years ago was a sign of things to come!
