Denise's Story
Life
I married my highschool honey who was also a 1990 grad. I have 3 children ages 19, 18 and 16. I have a 3 dogs Maggie a cocker/beagle and two boxers Mya and Payton. I've traveled to New York on my own. With my family we've been to Florida twice (Mickey called and said he missed us), to the Black Hills once, to the lake several times. My most memorable was our Carribean Cruise to the Caymen Islands and Jamaica. Have cruised the Bahamas twice. Once on a girls trip in 2012 and again with The family 2013. Tim and I traveled to Switzerland and Paris in 2013. Most recent trip to grand Caymen and Jamaica. Safe to say, I love travel! Almost empty nesters!!
School
My biggest crush since elementary school was my neighbor and eventually classmate Chris Brandt who had the cutest blue eyes I've ever seen. Does anyone remember Aaron Roller and Chris with there, "Hi, I'm Hanz and I'm Franz and we are here to pump you up". I still laugh when I think about that. Mr. Ashcroft inspired me the most. Does anyone remember Lady MacBeth. Tim and I still talk about that. If I had to do anything over again it would be that I would play more sports and play a heck of alot more aggress...Expand for more

College
No unique roommate unless you count my spouse as unique. Thanks honey for sending your friends whom I didn't even know to come and get me so I could bring your drunk, pukey body home during the Halloween snow storm. And to our good friends Aaron and Kim. Thanks for all the fun movie nights and dances we went to.
Workplace
Dari King was my first job. I worked at the nursing home and the Food Gallery. My favorite was Taco Johns. Oh and who's the red-head that worked there (names not coming to me right now). But he always liked the Batman Song something like "Kissed by a rose on a grave". Sorry not a lyric person. Thanks for the wild and knarly night. If you ever read this you know what I'm talking about. I worked at a nursing home during college and then started my first lab job where I managed hosp lab for almost 8 years before giving my career a rest so the spouse could pursue his. I worked for Mayo Health five years and Allina 18 months. Most recent Minnesota Oncology. My favorite thing about the lab is troubleshooting instruments and working with quality control. My least favorite thing are all the cliques.
