I've had many jobs since High School. I was a Firefighter/Paramedic for 10 years. When I couldn't take the stress of it anymore, I retired from my job and went back to school. About 6 months ago, I figured out my real calling in life, and I am currently studying to become a Professional Chef at the Art Institute of Colorado in Denver. I have been cooking my entire life, and I enjoy it, so why not do what I really love and make money at it?
