Denise's Story
Life
I have spent the last 14 years living in Jacksonville, Florida (go Jags!). Alan and I have been married for 20 years and have 3 great kids-- Josh is 19, Jon is 17, and Christa is getting ready to turn 16. The most assertive member of the family would have to be our German Shepherd , Max- a big dog with a very small brain and a lot of attitude! Alan owns a paint contracting business, and I have done administrative work for the past 6 years at several places, including an adoption agency and currently in the media department of our church, where I am gradually "learning the...Expand for more
ropes" and hope to be able to run a TV camera and maybe produce someday.
Our children keep us very busy with their different activities-- they are all very artsy and are active in lots of creative ventures.
In our rare free moments, we like to go to the beach or hang out in our pool with the kids and their friends. We try to get away to the mountains of North or South Carolina at least once a year. Joshua plans to go to school in Charlotte, North Carolina, so I have a feeling that our trips will become more frequent very soon.
