Dennis's Story
Hi classmates from MacArthur. Here is my quick summary of the last 39 yrs from Dennis Baker:
Graduated from University of Texas at Austin in 1975 with B.A in English/Communications.
Moved back to Houston for 5 yrs to work downtown and Hobby Airport.
Moved to San Francisco in 1980 and still reside there. Worked in insurance operations, information technology for Union Bank of California, procurement operations at Visa. Had a great spacious rent-controlled apartment ...Expand for more
for 25 yrs.
Currently work at Chevron, just outside of San Francisco in IT procurement, writing contracts for computer equipment, software and consulting. Finally bought a small condo just outside SF near the airport at the height of the way overpriced market.
My mom still lives in the house where I grew up, so I get back to the area every couple of months.
Looking forward to seeing lots of you at the reunion. Wish I could have gone to the earlier ones.
