Dennis's Story
Life
After graduating from AAHS in 1986 I joined the Navy and served 8 years. I then went to work for Lockheed-Martin at Bad Aibling Germany for five years, then hired on with SAIC and went to Bosnia for 18 months and now in Stuttgart, Germany. Still with SAIC in ATM and optical transport/DWDM Engineering and Implementations.
In a committed relationship with a German and have two daughters, a 14 year old daughter and a 4 year old.
Plan on buying a farm house in Bavaria and enjoying a life with my family.
College

orking at Bad Aibling, Germany, Tuzla, Bosnia and Stuttgart, Germany. I completed my Bachelors in March 2003 and my Masters in Information Systems in 2009, also through University of Maryland.
Military
Eight years Navy and really enjoyed it. The last three were on a destroyer (USS Cushing DD-985) out of Pearl Harbor. The camaraderie was fantastic. I've been around the army and air force for the last 16 years and the shipboard camaraderie was by and far much better and at least once a week I am glad I joined the Navy!! I miss it sometimes and would not change anything about it.
