Life
I left Sylmar in 1972 and spent 6 years in the Army. 4 years in Germany & 2 in Kentucky. After the Army I moved to Texas were I was a Police Officer for 28 years. kids. My daughter is a Nurse and my son is in college. Having been gone for so long, it is hard to remember what Sylmar was like growing up and the people I knew.I returned to Sylmar for a day in 2005 when my sister passed away and it seemed like another world. I played basketball and ran track in school and had the nickname "Weasel."
