Dennis's Story
I graduated from Blue Hills high school in the Summer of 1980 and never looked back. I have not been in contact with anyone from school until a few year ago while visiting the Classmate web site, what a wonderful site.
I went away to the now called DeVry University in New Jersey and after graduating, got a job in Connecticut. Transferred to Toronto Canada where I still reside with my family and is doing as well as can be.
I can't believe it's been 30 years since Blue Hills, being one of two (2) Black students, (my self and Chuck Richardson), in the 1980 graduating class, how times have changed at Bl...Expand for more
ue Hills, now being over 40 % minorities.
I visited Blue Hills about four (4) years ago and bumped into some of my old teachers Mr. Hickey and Mr. Longo, which brought back good memories. I was one of many jocks back then, running Track, Football and playing Basketball. I was told I still hold the 100 Yards dash record with a time of 10.02 seconds, which cannot ever be broken, since all events were switched over to Meter form Yards.
I'm Looking forward seeing everyone in November at the Blue Hills 30th University celebration.
