Dennis's Story

Wow....I'm 77 and finally retired from my State Farm Insurance Agency after a 44 year run. Elsa (my Cuban Wife of 34 years) talked me into buying a home in SW Florida on Marco Island. Its as close to the climate in Cuba as we care t o go and her many friends and family live 2 hours away in Miami. We split our time between Newport Beach and Marco and enjo...Expand for more
y golfing and Boating.. Not too bad! I still enjoy getting together with Wylie Aitken and see Terry Webber now and then where he lives in San Diego. Jerry Lynn Shiller Treinen and Bobbie Rudy Burch along with Barbara, Wells, the Lindas and others have been planning a 60th Class reunion. in June of 2019! We are fortunate to be able to still get together.

Went 20 miles offshore Marco with my neighbor Dave Friday and actually caught 4 fish. Dave used them (blue runners) for bait for tarpon but barracuda chomped them in half. Still a great day for our 3 neighbors!

8pm at the Dolphin Tiki where you can drive or boat in for a great meal with our neighbors. The beard is new and stays until I can play golf again. Try to avoid shoulder surgery.
