Life
ItÂs great to see so many of the class of Â67 on this WEB Site. I hope that all is well with ÂYa-All as we slip into whatÂs called our ÂGolden YearsÂ. As for me, well IÂm just about to toss in the towel as far as work goes. I spent 6 years in the NAVY and went to NAM twice (Â72 to Â74). Gosh itÂs hard to believe that itÂs been almost 30 years since then. Anyway, after that I decided to get out of the NAVY and joined the work force of the Federal Government (Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). While with the FAA I enlisted in the Va. the military out of my blood. I retired from that in 2000 after a combined service time of 30 years. I had reached the top of the Warrant Officer grade (CW-4) and though that it was time that newer blood has the chance to take over. This November IÂll be 55 and shortly after that I plan to retire from the FAA. My 3 girls are grown and itÂs time that my wife and I enjoy our selves. Our home in Northern Va. (Leesburg, Va.) will be paid off by then and we plan to do some traveling. DonÂt hesitate to drop me a line and we can share some stores. Or maybe just make up some! Take Care.
