hola dudes and dudettes!!!!really hope alot o' you aren't yet dead or arthritic so much ya cant respond!!!!! aint changed a whole lot...but livin in london runnin my own gym...teachin fitness classes (salsa...body combat...high/low impact aerobics..and even hip/hop funk.....quit laughin!!!!) will update more later as i'm now late for my class....okay....basically went like this..taught for holiday health and fitness from 86-91....stripped from 91-92..which took me to london..started teaching aero...Expand for more
bics and salsa/funk around london where i got head hunted to teach fitness on the cruise ships (carnival,rccl,ncl,cunard,crystal,silver seas,holland america)became fitness director and hit about 15 ships...what a job!!!!from 92-96..then opened my gym in london...kept the gym from 96-98 where i then reopened a gym for the priory hospital group(rehab and addiction)been reeeeeally cool due to some of my clients!!!!)and the rest they say is history!!!! would love to hear from some of you guys...
