Desiree's Story
Hello to everyone. I can say my life has gone full circle. I may have been a little quiet and shy in school, but I can say I have lived life to the fullest. After graduation, I went in the military (Army). I served 8 years active, and twelve reserve. During that time I got married/divorced. I have a son who is 42yo and a 11 yo grandaughter, who keeps me happy. I traveled all over the world to include, Germany,Paris, Spain, and Holland.I was given the opportunity to see how other cultures live. o work at the Department of Labor as a Veteran Employment Represen tative. Oh did I mention I worked for the Department of Corrections for a few years in Delaware, Connecticuit, and South Carolina. I've been back home now for 11 years, where I now reside in New Castle, Delaware. I worked for the State of Pennsylvania as a Veteran Employment Counselor (retired 3 years ago). Enjoyed working now I enjoy life to the fullest. In 2007, I graduated from Wilmington College with my degree in Criminal Justice. So as I've said my life has been and is very colorful. It would be nice to make contact with some of my friends from school.
