I grew up in Rome Georgia and in Southern California, so I am an interesting dichotomy of “Avant Garde West Coast & traditional Southern Belle”. I enjoyed knowing a variety of people in Georgia and California who expressed themselves with passion and enthusiasm. My friends and I often did things outdoors and had a carefree nature.
I enjoy dancing, singing, reading, drawing and painting as well as being out in natural surroundings. The activities I enjoy doing or trying often have more to do with the people I am with. When my friends in California put together a mountain biking trip, even though I had only tried it once, I was game to go and we headed up to Big Bear. As with all things, I go at it full tilt & fell going down the mountain ending up at the emergency room--nothing ventured, nothing gained & we had a blast.
I was honor roll in high school and on the dean’s list in college, so I LOVE learning & stretching my mind. I love deep conversations on a variety of topics & anything that is intellectually challenging. My professional background includes working at Pepperdine University, Dale Carnegie Training, Verizon Wireless, Chico's & Random House.
I look forward to the next season of my life which is filled with new adventures and expanding my experiences in all things creative.
