Devon's Story

Life It's been awhile and again, things have changed a lot. Glenn and I have been in Germany now for about 7 months of my 3 year tour. We had our second son the day after Christmas and his older brother is now almost 3. Life is busy as always, but I don't think we'd rather have it any other way. Military Right now the military is my work place. I have been in the Army since Jan '03. I am a combat medic and will get my chance to see Iraq in late Spring. Not looking forwar...Expand for more
d to it, but I knew it was only a matter of time. I have had the priviledge of working in the ER at Brooke Army Medical Center for the first 4 years of my Army career and am now stationed in Baumholder, Germany. Besides my basic training which was in South Carolina, I was in Texas which is a pretty nice duty station. Can't say I love the military, but it has definitely changed my views about a lot and I can say that it has made me better understand who I am as a person.
